Inhibits relaxation induced by acetylcholine and induces an increase in arterial blood pressure. Abolishes lecithinized superoxide dismutase induced vasodilation when used to pretreat aortic ring preparations of mice. Induces leukocyte adhesion and increases microvascular fluid and protein fluxes and permeability. |
