| Preparation Method | Media and Sterile Solution Preparation: Reagents are tested and chosen for their ability to promote optimum growth of E. coli when combined in GS96 Medium formulations. Chosen reagents are combined in the accurate proportions according to the GS96 Media formula and thoroughly blended for a uniform distribution. This solution is mixed to dissolve the powder and then autoclaved at 121 °C for 15 minutes. |
